I guess I cracked at being told that the reason the crowds were poor was nothing to do with clubs marketing but actually all down to the likes of me who dare not to go any more. Biggest tripe I've read on here in 5 years

Are the crowds not a concern then ?

How many quins games a year clash with your bl**dy soccer clubs home games? 4? 5? You could go to every Quins game AND 90% of your soccer games! You have no right to moan about attendances when you dont even make the effort to go to the games. Why cant all these fans that claim to love the game support the only fully pro-club in the south. 'I had to turn my back on the club'...'I cant be expected to go to every game when they clash with my soccer club'. If you're an RL fan and you love the game youd get yourself to Quins home games. End of. I go most of all cos i love watching top level RL.

I have no interest in the views of someone who openly admits that watching second-rate soccer is their priority.

I don't care about people having an interest in soccer, but bleating about how they can't go and watch RL because they want to watch soccer is a joke.

For goodness sake this is not about me. Its about how many potentially there are who are excluded from watching Quins games for the same reason

Sadly this is not the case because one of the other things I am involved in through the summer is the running of 10 charity BBQ's which raise around £4000 every year and have done for the last 10 years. So with respect you have no bleedin idea or right tell me what I should and should not be doing. So I choose to fund raise on those Saturdays I have to myself in the summer.

No doubt you will criticise me for daring to put charity fund raising before Rl as well

If Rl was on a Sunday I would be there. I pose the question of how many more would be in the same boat that is all

No, none of those are preventing people from supporting Harlequins Rugby League. People are choosing to take part in these activities over watching RL and thats up to them. Tough sh*t if they have got their priorities wrong.
