So now we can't watch professional sport because its sunny and we're all going to get skin cancer? And the rest of the population of London are going to give the game a swerve too because its a nice day? I agree with most of your postings but you are well wide of the mark here IMO.
Sorry WQ, you don't seem to get my point. I'm not just being fussy - I literally fry like a sausage on a barbecue in hot sun for any length of time. I'm particularly susceptible to sunburn - more than an hour and I'm noticably burnt - and I'm allergic to suncreen. If I use it I look like I've got measles and need a prescription for steroid cream.
I was caught out yesterday. The later kick off meant my seat was in the full glare of the sun even though I'm in the back row. It wasn't that hot, and it was 6pm by the time the match started, and my arms are still red and itchy today, and I was bloody uncomfortable even before Will Sharp started handing our early Xmas presents!
Alright , I'm in a small minority and I accept that most people will probably enjoy basking in the sun for a couple of hours, but it's still bloody annoying for me personally that I could be sat in comfort in the shade of the empty Lexus Stand instead.
