Lister your WUM tricks don't work on me anymore, at least i'm a one club man, who do you support this week?
I'm not actually loving this, the soap opera is interesting i'll grant that, and GF's posts which lately are 100% spot on are 'entertaining', i can only see one way currently for London and that's oblivion because of the inept way the club is ran, i take no joy in that at all, years back when Branson was in charge, the likes of Offiah, Edwards etc playing i honestly thought this was finally going to deliver a team that could compete for trophies. Slowly over the years the club has been on a slow decline and now i'm a little bitter actually that people have just stood by and let it happen. But the thing is as much as i have a soft spot for London, i've never adopted them as my club, more a marriage of convenience, will i take it has badly as you guys? no, i think i'll shift my RL London focus to Wood Green rather than Twickenham if you fold.

Good for you.
Problem is, there are may people on here who actually do care, who love Broncos as much as you apparently love Warrington and your smug, conceited wind up comments succeeed in getting peoples backs up.
Anyway, off to Sheffield in a bit to see some rugby.
You care, i've seen your passion and fire for the club in person but the main problem with the LB fans is that they've just let the status quo continue, people joked about the Wire fan who tried to burn his shirt and the booing at the game, people joked about Wire's sit in with Cullen and our Jimmy Lowes protests but the fans cared, they made it known they wouldn't take it. What have London fans done? Clapped the team off time after time, enjoyed a drink after the game, the players come into the bar and still with the guys in front of you, nothing. GF saw the problems and has been clever enough to not just rant but point out every single failure with facts and figures yet even still he's ridiculed on here. Gus/Dave/Powell/Rea useless, yet the happy clappers buried their head in the sand and the one's that could have effected change just stopped going. I didn't go to the Wire game this season at Gills, could have and wanted to, but didn't on principle because it wasn't right and thought LB were getting shafted. Now i'm starting to think that these LB fans that 'care' about the club deserve oblivion because they've done sod all to effect change.

Thanks, for Your opinion, what people never seem to grasp and especially in the North that London Broncos loyal fans are spread over a large distance, we have no central meeting place except match days! we don't all read the same local paper, work with each other and shop together!
What can we do except write to the CEO and David Hughes, no I'm not a protester on match days, I find that sad in any sport.
We do come in for some stick! but a club like Huddersfield Giants with such History from 1895 last week could only attract 5,000! and they are at the top of Super League fighting with Wigan & Warrington, that is Failure! but it is never perceived that way! The RFL purchased Odsal Stadium, was that right really? their attendances since they found new owners have not risen in any way?
Too Many who support Rugby League have their heads in the sand! the games wants to think it is the Greatest Sport but does little to prove that, is is currently run at Red Hall by buffoons, and that's being kind! but no one does anything, club chairmen are too Parochial, currently it is not just London Broncos, but the problem is we are an easy target!
Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently. Rosa Luxemburg, 'Die russiche Revolution'.

Yes we have. LB fans have walked away in their droves. Even I, as a ST holder, haven't bothered watching all our 'home' games and not bothering going to many away games. Sometimes we're outnumbered buy the opposition club fans too. Having a 50% smaller fan base than we did 3~4 years ago must tell the club rather a lot. But the club with it's information vacuum just seem to have given up rather than show some incentive and do better. If I got so pie-eyed and was stupid enough to set my Broncos shirt on fire them I would.
@ Jaybs What have Hudds getting 5000 got to do with London fans not doing anything? I'm well aware if the spread of London fans, i have to travel over an hour to get to the stoop, but even when you're all in the stadium, nothing. You might not be a fan of protests but sometimes it's makes the money people aware, sponsors at the game may not always be aware of discontent, but when they see fans at games not happy, they ask questions. If fans don't vocalise their issues, then the guys in charge don't feel any pressure.
How you can blame the RFL for internal abject failure really is sticking your head in the sand, the alleged DH playing hard ball with an organisation that doesn't give a crap about his club was another failure. The only one constantly putting pressure on Gus (GF)getting emails asking him to stop was laughable but if you'd all have done the same he might have been shown the door a long time ago. There are problems in RL, but people in other areas work to solve them or work to campaign against them, Leigh had a prominent MP fight their cause they were so passionate. Well at least you can enjoy a nice match day curry though, so all's well.
