in terms of your actual topic, Castleford have a much more balanced squad this year. We've lost two players (Chase and Thompson) and signed Nine, which gives us a great deal of depth, more than we've had for a good 15 years.

We won't quite make the eight I don't think, but we will improve on our 20 point tally of last year by a couple.

For example, we took 1 point off yourselves, and 2 from wakefield. (3/10) and I would expect us to make about 6 this year from those games.

Don't mean this in a nasty way guys, just looking at your current squad, I'm really struggling to see where you get your necessary wins this season.

Either way, all the best ..and hopefully you'll get the prosperity your fans richly deserve, SL's real troopers!!!

I aren't worried in the slightest about the bottom two. Chase cost us 3 matches last year and we were heavily reliant on a game plan around 1 player under Millward. Under Powell we will be far more balanced as a team and squad.
