Back in Oz again and reading. Can't believe this is a thread & and showing my Broncos mates (Brisbane ones) can't believe this thread. Me too! What a bunch of shallow feckers - bring back GF I say as at least he had a semblance of debate no matter how repetitive.

OK my comment was ironic apparently lots of us worship him so why not play on it.
An ex employee of the club summed it up yesterday, and yes we all know it's the case, the club's life support system is Mr hughes he is keeping it alive. Unfortunately any club like ours needs that financial life support. You can't just turn it off it needs replacing. CN has decided it's a toxic brand, but actually we are reasonably placed, the club has no debts, no assets either mind but it needs someone with the appetite to take it on and spend the money
So the choice is simple until someone else comes in with the desire and cash Mr hughes is it, like it or lump it, the subject of this thread has decided to lump it, fair enough that's his choice, personally I don't walk away from the club I support, and that's the lads on the park by the way not the owner. Fwiw as someone else has mentioned each home game is gonna cost us about 15 or 20 the owner is probably paying what is it 30k a game.

You don't bother actually reading anything do you, nobody is being an apologist, we are realists. I ain't got the hump with your I personally I find most of your posts utter tosh. We cannot do anything about ownership of the club apart from walk away, you have chosen that option, some of us have chosen to continue to watch the club some have supported from day 1.

It's sport, you know there were days when Wigan played in the 2nd tier of the game, why didn't they just pack up?
Quite simple, you have openly stated you are off supporting another club this season, just go then leave us apologists in yr words in peace.

Like I've said I'll be there freeloading on occasion.

You should try it I reckon they'll be dishing out tickets by the bucket load.

That way you can watch RL & not pay Hughes for the privilege.

Interesting logic, TK actually put nothing into the club apart from paying the stewards and the electric bill for opening up the ground and you are willing to give him yr money. Yet the guy that's paid the wages over the last few years kept the club afloat and still pays more for every game than what a lot of folk earn in a year you want to freeload off. Oh well it takes all sorts.
