I was sat in block AC row H and i saw the incident as clear as day.
10 minutes from time, 1st something was said and King smiled which upset a lot of people myself included because it came across as arrogant and mercenary but then he gave a 'coffee beans' signal and not actually the finger which is being reported in the press.
It turned the crowd against him instead of the team as a whole because before that incident the only player getting any individual stick was Briers.
He didn't put a single kick in the air [briers] and every grubber went straight to hand including the full length try. King to be fair didn't see much of the action in attack or defence with most tries coming down the opposite wing.
but as a life long fan King is a waste of money and so is monaghan the sooner they go and free up some funds for players with heart the better.
