Utter rubbish. Thats why sporting clubs have fitness coaches, strength coaches, sport scientists..............

Might have been most of the squad knowing they were being released at the end of the year by the middle of the season.

A number were informed at the start of the season. No real incentive to fight for the club. Dorn, Melling being 2

wire quin! sports clubs employ fitness coaches, strength coaches, sport nutritionals to support and improve fitness, but I stand by what I say basic fitness starts at a personal level, and as a pro sportsman fitness is one of your basic qualifications to do your job.

We had fitness coaches but look at the effort of the team last year. Also what sarginson has said about the regime at wigan. It seems to me we have a culture of failure and mediocre results.

Hey we trained last year!! ran up and down the hill in Richmond park, they showed us the videos lol

Hmmm...that was a large proportion of their marketing/media spend too....show Mr Hughes the video and he'll be happy
