2 points, having looked at it, that official should not have been on the pitch, as reserve ref he should not be entering the field of play in that situation. Secondly even if they were able to charge him are you seriously suggesting that was reckless?I know you dont like the bloke mate but even I cant see what you are on about and have been in the middle or round the fringes of enough of those types of incidents. If as the ref you go in the middle of that sort of melee with the intention of pulling them apart its yr own fault, the ref and TJ should stand away from the incident and observe. As should all other match officials. Had he clocked the MC who stayed the right side of the touch line, although in my opinion was still far to close to the action then he would have had a charge to answer.
He should not have pushed the 4th but the 4th had no right to be on the pitch at that point.
Fact of the matter is you dont like him as a player!! he does not play for us so who cares? Leigh are happy with him, they are happy to damage limitate when he transgresses.
