Yeah, I agree Beecroft (what an awful wheedling voice he has) hardly gave London any credit tonight.

We had our problems too...no Howell, Robertson, Randall and 6 young Londoners playing (wonder if Wheeldon was dropped?).

Still, happy with the two points and the black shorts have always been the way to go! (the all baby blue kit looks like a baby's romper suit...our boys have got enough to contend with oop norf, without having to wear that kit!).

Beecroft's report was absolutely disgraceful. Every question about us from Carney led to him ignoring the question and repeating ad infinitum that Salford were very poor, didn't make any effort and pretty much just let us win.

Graham is a great bloke, but he's a football fan through and through. He clearly doesn't have a clue what to say about rugby league and so talks out of his booty.

even the salford board are giving us a lot of credit, one fan described our performance as "brilliant"

concerned that it'll be back to the usual load of rubbish next week though...

Only listened to it. But from commentary Salford sounded like they played like we've been the last few weeks.

Still.....

Was a most enjoyable listen

It was difficult to listen to because the commentary team didn't know our players names.
They were intent on using the Reds mistakes as our reason for the win

Utter tripe. That's why BBC will get rid of local radio because its still in the 70's

Didn't hear the commentary, worked with Graham for many years, heard him do a RL game recently and he was good!

Well at least we have got two points, we did not start off well, usual dropped passes and stupid penalties but once we started to score we did look on top! at least it gives us Hope!!!
