I was right, nothing new to see here.

You really don't get it do you. Clubs announce when they are moving, not when they are staying. Point me to a news story from another club that says 'We will not be moving next season'.

As for tickets? It's a membership so there is no need to advertise a season ticket. Join when you like, leave when you want. I guess you're looking for another news story saying 'We are not selling season tickets'.

Until I see a credible story saying Broncos are leaving (despite telling NYT that they are staying at the Hive ) or that direct debits are being cancelled because the Hive are no longer running ticket sales then this is just hot air.

The homeless comment was a worst case scenario. The club are still negotiating the 2015 arrangement and homelessness is still a possibility.

Gutters, I believe your thread title was "homeless in 2015" not "homeless in 2015?" So actually I think you made the statement, rather than pose the question for discussion
Wes still coming, looking forward to him playing at the Hive after the re negotiations that may see the club receive the gate receipts, ah hold on that will not be good enough for gf either

Oh dear!
If the income from 2014 ticket sales isn't enough to satisfy AK then it poses the question of how much rent he would deem satisfactory? Ian Lenegan used to say an attendee at a game was worth £10 to the club once discounts and freebies were taken into account. Using that figure then £166,400 "isn't enough"........that's pretty close to the rent we were paying at the stoop. Could we end up with 66% less fans and yet paying the same rent in 2015? Would you deem that satisfactory Michael!

Didn't gat an answer when I asked Radford how much he paid Stokes to save his job.

I have to say that the move to the Hive has been bonkers. If we go on the official figures then we have dropped about 1500 people per game which would surely cover the rent at the Stoop.

So you are not happy that the gate receipts go to AK now you are saying you would not be happy that the gate receipts would be going to the club! Inter interesting dilema. Convenient that youdodged the comment about being homeless.
And let's be serious with the season we have had is anyone suggesting that the 1500 would still be coming if we were still at the stoop?

I surrender. this was a thread about the signing of a potentially good player. I have now had to read through endless posts about the Hive, will we won't we marketingetc. every thread is the same after 6 or so posts we end up with the same blah, blah blah

I am leaving the site ! will still support the cub and the team just fed up of this constant stream of c***

Planned and executed properly the move could have worked. What we actually had was a deal that saw TK taking no risk and DH chucking our SL chances under a bus. Any idiot should have seen that crowds would nose dive with such a pitiful squad. The intended format of the deal was never likely to survive the first season. So much for laying roots in a new home  .

Lets not forget that without the seemingly obsessive distraction of the move (which even then only materialised at the 11th hour) we could have perhaps assembled a squad that would have retained our Super League status and maintained (if not grown) our crowds.

Sorry if some people don't find that interesting but it is management ineptitude of the highest order. The organ grinder remains in place.

Folks: How about we debate JUST "Wes Naiqama to London?" on this thread from now on and place all follow-ups to other recent posts on to the "Moving from The Stoop to The Hive" thread that I'm about to create?

Sorry, I don't have Admin privileges so can't do this tidily.

Brian2, please stay with us.
