I suspect that the person who posted the info on the web doesn't work for the company any more and would therefore be A) Hard to Identify and B) Expensive to find, so therefore, we are unlikely to be told anything.

In better news, I did manage to find a couple of buyers, so if any of you have a need for double glazing, solar panels or pay day loans, 2014 could be your year
