Club Response to Fiasco : Mon Jun 08, 2009 5:22 pm
I contacted the club with regard to the latest fiascos over the Catalans game, away supporters in the same stand, finding people in our seats, and the failure of the club to contact all those who came for free v Wakey to get reduced tickets for the Celtic Crusaders match.
Whilst the reply was a personal one to my concerns, I do think it is worth sharing one or two things which the club stated:
"The seating arrangements are being categorized match by match as you have probably noticed and moving some away fans behind the sticks when necessary. I hope you can bear with us for the remaining of this year whereby we shall take on board all comments for the planning of next year."
"Saturday was not a good day I agree. Lots of unhappy fans and poor attendance."
"Hopefully, we can help alleviate some of the displeasure the club is receiving by putting on a coach with match tickets to Warrington for all who have been affected by Catalans."
"The Season Ticket bring a friend offer will be introduced again for Leeds. There were some hiccups last time but no excuse to why the ticket office could not contact those who requested free tickets. Please accept our apologies and hopefully this will run smoothly going forward."
So, there we have it.
