Seriously, if we are not going to finish bottom this year, then we need to be wining gameslike Saturdays, because Castleford and Salford most assuredly have more wins in them this year.

Seems like the 40 quid in with a free meal has been dumped for this game, which traditionally has attracted a crowd of 3,294 in the 16 games to date, with a low of 2,112.

This is only one of 5 teams left in SL that the current CEO doesn't hold the lowest attendance for...he does hold the 2nd worst though.

The others are:
Hudds 1,800 in 2001....still time this year and he already has 2nd spot
Wire 2,098 in 2000......will be saved by the amateurs of Kent marketing for him. Again, he holds 2nd spot.
Leeds 2,749 in 2000...still time this year and he again already has the silver medal here
Wigan 3,200 -2nd away trip in 2000.....he holds the no 2 spot!

Anyone know what Curry is available on Saturday?

If you look at this seasons results, it is the case that Castleford have 0 wins when playing against a rival Super League club on their own ground and they have conceded a minimum of 24 points in each of their last dozen games.

They have also lost to us by 14 points on their home ground this season and we beat them by 20+ points in both games in 2012 and they have not won at the Stoop since 2009.

Whilst there is a sense of disappointment from many supporters, the facts are that we have taken something out of 4 of the last 5 games at the Stoop with results v St Helens, Hull FC and Bradford.

We have also replaced three of the weakest members of the squad in Howell, O'C and Grady with Clubb, Kaufusi and Dorn who I'm sure many would consider to be automatic starters.

I am expecting a big reaction from the team tomorrow with a new Captain and the return of strong players with weak links removed and have lumped on us at 11/10 which I think is fantastic value in a game that I expect us to win against a worse squad.
