Much quieter tonight than after earlier games. Personally I have got past the getting angry stage. I'll watch the last few games at the stoop, mostly to check out the away team, then that'll probably be it for me. I'll be looking to watch an amateur team. Well I have been this season, but next year an official amateur team.

have to echo your sentiments, sorry to say I'm completely past the point of caring- the last few weeks have drained all my enthusiasm for the club, esp with Gower leaving. only a few more games I feel obliged to drag myself to and then that could well be it for me too

If there is a next season I expect to be there. Mr Hughes has subsidised me watching top level RL for years. It seems only polite to subsidise him next year. (Subject to it being in or around London.) Besides we will probably not see SL in Lonson shortly, I intend to try and enjoy it whilst you can.

Is that the plan? Put everybody off and then when it all ends nobody kicks up a fuss. You get the impression something else is going on behind the scenes. Or are we just really that badly organised that this far into the season there is little improvement.

Hasn't worked in London? Depends what you mean. In SL we are failing but Southern teams are winning national age group titles. London(ish Mr Clubb) born lads are full internationals. St Helens regularly field a southern born and trained lad. Wigan may do the same next year if rumours are true. GB junior squads often include Southern lads. We have four southern teams at level three which would have been impossible recently. If we can keep the junior development going we still have some hope in the long run. Lose that and it's probably game over down south before too long sadly.
