was watching an nfl doco. on one of their teams and they used the term bomb to describe those long high passes from quaterback to running back and i think gibson took that idea, realized you cant throw the ball forward in RL and adapted it to a "bomb" kick we have

Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently. Rosa Luxemburg, 'Die russiche Revolution'.
I have to say that the lack of information here has a depressing familiarity about our off-field organisation. Are we the only club that still hasn't got tickets for next season on sale yet? I bought my season ticket for the Crusaders next season at the final home game of the last one and it's arrived and is sitting in my wallet now.
Better late than never. Delayed announcement to get a better impact? Hopefully tied into a decent marketing campaign up to the season launch event they might get a bit of momentum going.

Last week they were saying hopefully the 5th so it looks like they didn't quite manage it.
Negotiations dragging on? Remember now......whilst I did admit to my thread title being ambiguous, I did. Say that ak wasn't happy with the agreement as was.........could it be that I was right? Brave new dawn!
I think this is one aspect of the off-season that has been handled very badly. I hope that once the details/processes are in place, there'll be a big promotional push to everyone who bought a ticket last year. I've been waiting to grab 4 seats for quite some time.
As it happens, I don't think this week is too late to launch; as usual, it's the ominous silence and delay that worries me.
This is not really an issue for those of us who are already members - we are in £2 a month tickover mode waiting for the season to kick back in. Difficult to build up the season for newbies if we can't offer them membership pricing though - we're less than 6 weeks away from our first game.
