Absolutely, Hendo has relocated his family to London, he is very approachable and as you say, bought into the whole London culture.
His championship background means he knows from the inside what is required.
Joey I doubt had any idea of what championship rugby was all about, got some of his mates in and soon found out how hard it really is down in the second tier.
Hendo, very much dropped in it last year, now has his chance to prove how good he is. It is now mostly his team and hopefully he will not be called on to play.
He can just run the team and we as a club will progress.
