Not sure I fully agree with the statement that his face does not fit. He only went on l9an so there must have been an expectation that he would possibly come back.
Saying that he did have attitude

Is that attitude or just not good enough? Maybe the fact he was loaned to a lower level club would suggest its the latter

But of course your case is rested and the cue is on the rack.
