So it’s wigan, Saints, Leeds next 3.
Wigan at home is an interesting prospect, this week in training I think the guys need to get back to the dojo and practice the wresting in the tackle and find ways to legally slow down the ptb. In attack we are not big enough to compete up the middle so keeping the ball alive as we did in the second half last night will pay off.
Saints game could just be a car crash.
Leeds am not so sure, they had a really good spell in there gamethis week but look very disjointed at the moment.
Can we win one of these?

Hope Wigan bring a few down, Trailfinders is much better with a bit of noise in the place, the london fans just need to learn how to be a bit noisier.

It's going to be a tough three games ahead! we do need still a few new players, our forwards as I said in the match thread looked in compaison last night like school boys, when Castleford played the ball we just seemed to stand on the mark, top teams as with Wigan & Saints you just can't allow them that opportunity.

Driving back to the North West after the game was a disappointing journey home.

Part of the problem with the atmosphere at games is that London fans don't have a place to congregate. You might get a little song from a handful standing in one corner, then later a bit of noise from another group somewhere else, and so on. You need to get them all in one place so that when someone starts up the others can join in, and then it snowballs from there. A small covered terrace along that touchline where the dug outs are located would be ideal, but...

They have as many places to congregate as the away fans !

I wouldn’t agree with the school boys comment. Technique in the tackle is important, due to the speed of the player regaining his feet the markers are still trying to get in position when the ball is already gone, or left behind the ruck, the defensive line are still peddling backwards as well. It’s something they will have to combat against the next 3 teams, how to slow the ruck down without giving away the penalty.
It’s the main difference between champ and SL it’s a matter of adjustment

They likely know one another, from games home and away, and have travelled down together, so it makes sense to congregate in one stand. Which is what happened with Cas and Wakey fans - in both games it was the group in the temporary stand making lots of noise.

As opposed to Broncos fans being dispersed hither and tither. It always feels like you get a couple here, a handful there, but never a big bunch together. Perhaps we're just not very friendly!

The main stand is primarily Broncos season tickets, certainly no away fans upstairs. So the obvious place to try and concentrate the noise is that side of the ground.

It’s one of those things. Actually I have never been one for football style chants! London fans do seem to have been quieter of late though.
