One way we could make the money go further, of course, is not to pay circa 300k per annum on ground and training pitches. Maybe put some money into on field and back room staff to ensure a good product, sell the product and ensure match day experience delivers but whatever.....

In many respects this is a progressive appointment but it very much underlines where the club has got to.

Let's not forget we started the seaon with a coaching team of Danny Ward and Jamie Langley.

It is a progressive appointment that is perhaps it’s only selling point. The problem is so was TT and it’s difficult to see in Coleman’s recent managerial career anything that out impresses what TT has done. It may be he has more charisma as well as interview technique but he’s a busy man with his Deputy Headship and Jamaica national team commitments......difficult to see a positive path here.
