Given we lack PAYING fans, it does sound odd that a fan trying to part with money is being ignored.

Maybe they don't know how to take payments over the phone.

I might email from another email address asking about corporate tickets for the gold lounge and see how quickly I get a reply. Still not heard anything. This is why the club is losing fans and glad I did not buy a season ticket this year.

Hughes and therefore by extension, none of the wage theives he pays give a toss. So long as there's a few folk in the gold lounge, then everything is going to plan......I'd save your pennies or get down to the ladies games

Still no reply to my email two weeks after sending the club an email.Weird for a communication department that this week has been asking fans to like share and follow their social media just to get into IMG's good books.Too late London now.

I did reply to one of their tweets saying you could not be bothered to communicate with me so i could not be bothered to like , share and follow the clubs social media accounts.Call it petulant of me but i feel the club do not want people to feel wanted by the club. I wont bother with the shirts now and just go onto my local club Elmbridge eagles club shop and buy a few bits on there to help support their club.Funny thing is though, their club webshop and its merchandise makes the Broncos look embarrassing.

Absolutely.

https://london-broncos-shop.myshopify.com/ couldn't look more sketchy unless someone was putting some serious effort into making it look sketchy.

(Also, no bobble hats :D )

Generally speaking the website is miles better than it’s been for last couple of years but the store is a weak point not least because merchandise wise we are basically not selling very much. A couple of beanie hats, a couple if bland sweat shirts and the replica away (not home) shirt. We certainly can’t be accused of over stocking.

Better? Yes!
Good? Well....
The "sponsors" thing jiggling about a bit. It's like something from Geocities.

I am in awe how they took payment....sorry, pre-payment for a shirt that wasn't in stock at the time, received stock, but then didn't deliver the required item when stock did arrive, instead selling out and now expecting a CUSTOMER to accept a different product some 6 months later???

It would take a special type of f^ckwit to run a retail/on-line business in that manner and expect repeat custom. That said, we are London Broncos fans and as such have become accustomed to being shafted on a regular basis and then instead of receiving an apology, getting a specially discounted offer to sit in the gold lounge to make the owner feel less guilty for the clusterf^(k he has fashioned from a once half decent professional sports club!
