A Talent and Performance Pathway (approved annually by the RFL) is a minimum grading criteria for grade A and B clubs. I assume we had some sort of system previously to track players to recruit into the scholarship and academy level teams so not sure if this replaces that. Certainly not a full replacement for running the junior sides.
