The best I’ve seen in a Wigan shirt, far surpassing his brother in law imo. If you had the chance to create the perfect rugby player it would look very much like Lockers.



Just devastated that he’s not getting a proper send off by the fans, hopefully the club can arrange something when this is all over.



Who replaces the great man as captain then? Faz? Bateman? Tommy if he stays on?

Back to Lockers again. What about the game in Catalan in 2018 when he started at prop with Bateman #13. Just after halftime we were 23 -4 down and Williams had gone off the pitch. Lockers went to #6, completely turned the game and we finished up winning 32-23

I was writing a long appreciation of his time with us until I realised two words would say it all. Wigan Legend.

Never wanted the spotlight even though his talent demanded it.
