Thank you for everything Lenagan, will always be a true legend of this club. Came in at the perfect time and provided the stability we needed and we have won plenty of silverwear under his reign.

Exciting times ahead with Danson at the wheel.

We were in the dumps by our standards when he came in. It felt like we’d lost our identity and he restored that and some. The club makes you proud to support it now, with the class it shows and the success along the way has been the cherry on top. He exits a club legend and with the thanks of every Wiganer I’m sure. Let’s hope we send him out as he deserves.

As expected I just wasnt sure when it would happen , he's changed the club for the better

The realisation is starting to dawn on Cockney Latic and Latics Speyk as to why MD bought the football club (and of course the stadium).

Just seen this, amazing news combined with a little bit of sadness but pride.

IL and family have been utterly amazing for this club over the last 16 years, from his first interview at the Deanery to current times.

Success came much quicker than expected with a GF win over the enemy in 2010 and has continued to this day.

He's given us a fantastic youth structure and a fabulous set up over at the Arena.

His "could have done things better" have been very few and very far between (nobody is ever perfect of course), however I believe all his decisions have been for the good of the club at the time.

Let's hope we can give him another day out at Wembley at least (a win would be great too). Let's also push for Old Trafford, I'm sure this gives the players a great incentive so see him off in good spirits.

I'm sure over years to come he will always be remembered fondly as a great friend and supporter of Wigan RLFC.
