I’d expect the lads above to be the regulars with Byrne, Kilner providing back up and getting decent game time with a view to transitioning both into the 17 in the next couple of years.

Kilner in particular excites me, just hope we can keep him out of the NRL’s grasp for a few seasons.

I think we will carry 5 traditional middles in the 17 next year which at the moment looks like being -

Singleton
Bullock
Clubb
Harvard
Partington

Replace Clubb with some quality and that 5 looks a lot better.

Such a shame Burgess isn’t working out.

I can see where you’re coming from but given the inevitable financial constraints I just don’t see the proportionality to spend in our props department. If Clubb and Burgess leave then I’d say yes.
