What makes you say this? He's just bought a football team. He could make 10 of these signings and it still not cost a fraction of what it'll take to run that.

Just read that Dupree had actually agreed a new contract at Salford and all this has come as a surprise to him, got to say if I was a Salford fan I’d be a bit vexed off given the money they raised and I’d also be a little worried, hopefully they just decided it was an offer too good to turn down as they’ve been a breath of fresh air the last few years, wouldn’t be good to see them in trouble financially.

I like what they are doing at Wigan. You sense that they are building something. Dupree, Chan, and Walters are decent young additions.
