That’s a load of nonsense. Should we get rid of the top try scorer award because everyone plays in completely different teams? Their stats are absolutely comparable, they both play centre and face the same opposition and given how good this Wigan squad is, Gildart is of no disadvantage in that regard. Literally your only argument for Gildart being better is that Bennett picked him which is a poor argument because he was rubbish anyway, apart from one try.
