I think finishing in the top 2 is essential for Wigan to have a slim chance. Can't for the life of me see our forward pack being able to match St Helens or Catalans with a hostile crowd behind them.

The way Wire were playing before last weekend, they wouldn’t have got close to Wakey last week (not that it makes it better mind).

Leigh are having a better season than us but they’re not a better team, not by a long way. Ups and downs in the weekly rounds don’t count for a fat lot.
