I think this is right.

The maximum overseas quota is five for next season.

The overseas quota is for players who are Australian/Kiwis.

Mark Riddell and Amos Roberts are the two that apply.

Then there is the overseas trained quota. Which is for players who were not trained in the Uk and for players who are on the overseas quota.

Just trust me Richards, Carmont and Feka all count. It's not worth trying to explain.

No, it was just your post that was confusing. There is the quota (maximum of 5), then the Federation-trained scheme (maximum of 6 in 2010).

And there will have to be 6 or 7 (I think) players trained by the club in 2010 (which obviously some SL clubs get 'dispensation' for )
