Watch the game again...

The ball did not go straight into touch, it bounced then went out. Most of the people are saying that the penalty was harsh as Donald was committed, but if thats the penalty that is given then its taken where the ball landed. They are the rules. Kick was missed anyway, so I dont know what people are still going on about.

well forget this garbage and read another topic on here...............the only one to be up before the RL is Buderus,,,now that deffo should have been straight red.

Simple to clear this all up I agree Donald WAS committed however in the other leeds game Coley was binned for tackling burrows at EXACTLY the moment he kicked the ball.

This shows above all consistency from the Refs imo. Which as we all know is something they've lacked.


And yes I know consistently wrong but at the end of the day we are now even in that respect.

for the sake of 'official-ness' he should have yellow carded him. In theory, what would have happened if Wigan had got downfield to get a 1 pointer, then in extra time McGuire made a miracle recovery and came back on to score the winning try?

of course, he didnt give a penalty for the McGuire incident so its a completely irrelevant point.
