I'd back that move but doubt it'll happen very much...............theres 7 wingers off contract in the NRL so we'll have to give them a contract first.

He's signed a 3 year £170,000 per season deal with Parramatta, it makes me wonder what we pay Fielden a year.

When Fielden is off contract at the end of next season i'd be targeting Luke Bailey to replace him. If we could get somebody like Cayless in this year that would be superb but it's all just wishfull thinking imo.

Imagine a prop line up for 2011 of-

N Cayless
L Bailey
Paleaaesina
Prescott
O'Carroll

that would do me very nicely and should be something a club like Wigan should aim to have. It'd be a worry having 3 overseas props but the whole backrow and bench backrower would be made up of homegrown players like Lockers, Joel, Mossop, Farrell etc and we'd have one hell of a pack.
