The moment his ban was revealed people seemed to decide he'd never been good enough. Among our middles he was 2nd only to Bullock in terms of average metres made per game and number 1 in terms of tackles made. He did have one or two games riddled with errors but generally he was one of our better performers at the time. He'd have definitely made a difference if we could still call upon him. With the number of forwards we've had struggled with recurrent injuries he'd have been useful down the middle or out wide. Definitely a loss.

Yea I don’t know him personally but that’s the same info I was told by a lad I trust. It’s a shame, he’s a cracking prop and he’d go well in Oz.

Thompson had a £50,000 Range Rover at 18 was a very good friend of my grandson Kieran used to come round to Bryn in it regularly no money worries.

He is bigger than I thought. I am still hoping that the likes of Kilner or Wells might make the step up. BTW did anyone see Swinton against Dewsbury last week. It might have given an indication which of the youngsters were ready as Wells, Paisley, Byrne, Kibula and Kilner all turned out.

I wondered who the arrogant p**ck was last week when he parked like a woman near The Lean Kitchen, in Pemberton.
I knew his face was familiar but I don’t know any drug dealers so was quite baffled.
He’s beaten only narrowly by George Williams in the stakes of ‘I think I own the place’ completion of people who go there.
