As pointed out above if it is that then I think it highlights the club really doesn’t understand (or care) how fed up a lot of supporters are at the moment. It’s not that promoting a game is a bad thing, far from it but to tee it up with pre announcements promising exciting news at a time the fans are begging for some truly positive news would be naive in the extreme IMO.

If it is simply a promotional offer for a game then just come out and say it and nobody bats an eyelid.

It says on the Observer/WEP website that Forsythe is being released to sign for Leigh. When he first appeared for us I thought he was terrible but grew into the role, when he looked a half decent player he was dropped, never to be seen again. Anyone know why?

Liam Forsyth next out of the door and going to Leigh. I thought he went well when he covered for Gildart and before his injury and I wish him well for his future.

I wish people would stop defending our signings and recruitment, it's abysmal. And reflects with our league position and play.

I’m not defending our signings, far from it but signing Watkins who looks well past his best at 250k and signing Widdop off the back of shoulder injuries for 450k isn’t great business in my eyes.

There is a clear disconnect between the club and fans.

Everything the club is about at the minute is just so poor.

Releasing key players and replacing them with sub standard players. resigning atrocious players to improved contracts.

The dressing room just stinks at the minute. The players obviously think they rule the roost and because Lam is acting like one of them they are getting away with it. Dare I say it, but Wane wouldn't have stood for all the s**t!!

The chairman maintaining the current coach is still favourite for the job despite the fact that the team has no clear identity or playing style.

Weekly the club are putting up votes on Twitter and Facebook about the moment of the match from the week before, despite being humiliated in games and playing poorly.

When will they realise they need to pull a rabbit out of the hat for those who pay their wages and turn up for this team week in week out!!
