I think the third player could well be sam obst and we are waiting for a work permit before making any announcement. No sources with this one but it does add up.

That really would be the icing on the cake for our top notch recruitment this year!
I've always liked Sam Obst, especially as a hooker. Not a signing to be sniffed at imo.
I bet Wire, Saints, Leeds and for that matter Hull would be shaking in fear. If we have signings like this then by god, I hope we have a few loosing parties next hear (like at wire & Saints this) to enjoy it because there'll be plenty of opportunities.

Funnily enough, I was talking to a Hull FC friend of mine in work about this a couple of days ago.
An experienced player, who can offer cover in the halves and at Hooker and is a tricky little bugger to stop sometimes. I'd take him for a year.

aboveusonlypie... If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.

+1..... Too many people here have not gotten used to the fact that we will not be seeing big name signing... But then, neither will anybody else. IL has set his stall out for a predominately British squad with top signing when availiable. There are not available... I find it quite exciting to be honest...
Just like we were when you signed George Carmont, Piggy Riddell and Paul Deacon. Signings don't have to be big name to be successful.
Come off it. They might have been towards the ends of their careers but they weren't journey men who struggled for a game at Hull FC's mental clinic club
