I’m sure Davies will be fine and Manfredi will hopefully pull through. I’d guess French has been signed to play stand off in 2020 and to cover fullback and Bibby will compete with Hankinson for the right centre spot.

There’s always the option of French to FB and Hardaker to centre. Personally I wouldn’t want that to happen and I’d much rather we kept ZH at FB. I’d say on the form shown this season, Hankinson deserves a run of games at centre to try to make the position his own.
Hardaker, Burgess, Gildart, Hankinson, Manfredi (or Davies / Marshall or Bibby), French & Hastings would be my preferred backline for 2020.

The club's site says he arrives Wednesday. It would be good to see him playing v HKR, off the bench spelling Tommy.
Introduce a bit of excitement for this season, that would be good.

I’d say we still have a grand final to aim for and if he’s not up to speed he doesn’t play. I’d continue to play our strongest available 17 week in week out. If that includes French, then great, if not I’d be patient with him.
