not many im guessing, but the facility to get disabled upstairs is there.

so its a mickey poor excuse imo to blame lack of disabled facilities.

the only way upstairs with prams/wheelchairs in many large stores is by stock/staff lift.

so whats the real excuse for changing??

very good point.
what about large dept stores with the same amenities? ie . a lift?

surely its in their licencing agreement that theres a fire exit for disabled folk?
