He's 30 years old, I can't say I've followed his RU career much since he left other than seeing he's scored a few swan dive tries for England a few years ago.

Is he any good these days?
Do we need him, he's a winger isn't he?
Is he worth a punt on the right money (I assume he would want decent money, but don't we get dispensation)?

Too old for the cash he'd want, plus we already have better on both wings.

Perhaps we could challenge him to show his loyalty by getting him to pose for a pic in a Wigan shirt while he's still contracted to someone else ... and then say no.

Hasn’t he just left sale by mutual consent? Another club he’s fallen out with.

Good player who would probably still be one of the best in the average that is SL, but after the way he left, no thanks.

For the right money I’d take a punt

EDIT: Noticed on the article we made enquires last year for him. That suggests to me that there may be something in it and Lam and co are interested (to an extent). I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see him in a Wigan shirt again
