Not sure if a loan to London will improve his game but I always thought when he played he was solid if somewhat limited as you say. At one point I wondered if he could make a backrow player but maybe he isn’t the type who could handle the hurly burly of the pack.

Best goal kicker by a mile at the club and pretty decent from hand too.

He is a victim of no reserves and no where to play.

Will return to Wigan in 2022 if the reserves returns and Gildart leaves for Aus as expected.

Think Hankinson can feel a little aggrieved with the lack of game time he’s had, his kicking also adds another dynamic as Zak isn’t a kicker you can rely on as proven in the final (that’s not having a dig). When is his contract up? With it being a loan that says to me that either we are having to pay a percentage of his wage or he has a future next year with the reserves back or possibly Gildart moving on.

Unless the Club have extended his contract and not declared it he was out of contract at the end of 2020?

I think he signed a new 2 year deal last year keeping him for 2021 and 2022

I know the rumour surfaced a while ago and it looks like Fafita has gotten himself into more bother with Wakefield and you have to wonder how long they will put up with his antics.

Personally I wouldn’t touch him with a bargepole but if the club were genuinely interested then now would be a good time to make an approach.

Would depend on what his antics are? We have a settled squad going into next season (okay maybe an experienced prop light) but we will arguably be a stronger team than the year before.

A fully fit Fifita of a couple of years ago without off field issues is a no brainer, I still think we wait this 'Burgess issue' out and perhaps replace with a quality forward without the baggage.
