I’m guessing Thornley is already a done deal, but with rumours around ZH wanting to move on Reece Lyne is off contract.

He probably wouldn’t cost the Earth and whilst not international standard is a very good SL player.

Thornley and Lyne in the centre would lack finesse and have a few mistakes in them but the size and meters they would make would make up for that.

Whichever overseas players are leaving, staying or arriving the RFL wouldn't allow us to sign players if it took us over the quota. The club must have declared who is leaving and who isn't.
We don't know but the RFL must!

The obvious 2 are TL and Clark.

Rumours TL is going around again mean Clark if true must be off.

Seems the most likely.

I'd actually like to see Clarke go around again. He's really come on in these last 3 games and I think there's an ok player in there. Not great, but ok and definitely not a bad one to have down the pecking order of props.

We can’t give Tommy a new contract. He’s not good enough anymore and if we go with him and Smith as our 6/7 next season we’ll be in trouble, I’d rather see Field given the 7 shirt than him

If Lam wasn't so fixated about players he'd have moved TL aside and maybe to the bench.
Hastings needs to play in the halves. Hanley needs more time at fb.
None of that will happen as Lam wants Tommy out there for the 80 which is now at the point where it's counterproductive.

I really wouldn’t be surprised to see Hastings stay at fullback for the rest of the season, I can quite easily see Hardaker staying at centre and Field coming off the bench
