That side had two previous MOS, an England international centre and two guys who I think could make this years dream team (Smith and Marshall). Yet they didn't score a single point in 80 mins.

As pointed out if you do win the GF fair play because who ever wins is rightly the champions.

I dont think anyone has said their squad is awful either, just that it isn't as good as they think it is.

Good choice from FTV too of our back line. Probably one of the strongest we put out that.

Isn't that proving the opposite to what you're saying FTV? That we were nilled even with a very strong backline shows that it wasn't down to injuries but either poor coaching or poor form. I can't see how that has anything to do with injuries.

We were without French and others at the start of this season but the difference was marked compared to last.

Well done at completely proving our point that Lam was God awful and then making your own statements up and attributing them to all Wigan fans who literally have said absolutely nothing like what you've put.

Sounds like what you were saying to us when you won your first two games of the season. Are you going to admit you weren't as far clear as you thought? Grand Final will be a 50/50 game if we both get there

The gap has massively closed largely due to us chopping and changing every week.

To be 4 points clear after losing the best scrum half in the country and all the subsequent injuries and bans is testament to our consistency.

Don't get me wrong, Dodds looks a great prospect but at the moment that's all he is, a kid in his first season as a first team starter.
He may have handled the pressure brilliantly or he may have been burned out halfway through the season, who knows, not having any real back-up at half back is a big error on Saints part.
Keep on saying it, if Saints pack can't bully the opposition into submission you've got nothing, almost as clueless as we were last season

Who do you think Wane would’ve picked for England? Dodd would have been in before Smith 100%

I agree with you fully about us not having the requisite back up. It’s definitely affected us.
