I wouldn’t, his public comments about his ‘middles’ we’re frankly disgraceful. I wouldn’t want a coach who is prepared to publicly criticise his team in that manner.

I’d be happy with Thornley as cover for wing/centre. Personally I’d like to see Hank given a chance. He’s not done a lot wrong in the limited chances he got hand not had the opportunity of a run in the team to prove (or disprove) himself. Ticks a big goal kicking box too.

That criticism was long overdue.
The tale has been wagging the dog for too long at Trinity and ultimately his weakness in dealing with it and calling out under performing lazy players has cost him his job.
I think he would make a great number 2 for a club with a strong experienced coach.
Not what we need but I’m sure he has a future in the game if he wants one.

All signings are a risk but Hopoate is a big one for Saints. Looked like he had the world at his feet until he went off on his mission and his career never recovered. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure he will go well over here but I don’t think he will be as good as the man he is replacing, and he won’t be coming here for peanuts. From a Wigan point of view I’m not concerned that we haven’t picked him up.
Absolutely. He’s no Iain Thornley. Or any of the other 3 players you’ve signed that no one has ever heard of

Maybe ignorant people haven’t heard of them…..
If only they can have the same impact as Josh Perry, Luke Walsh, Joe Paulo, Joel Thompson etc etc etc.

None of them will play if Saints have Covid issues, oh wait, they only get them to facilitate a break after a cup final.
I’ll look forward to watching him play for the All Stars…..oh damn, that’ll be a no go as well.
