He mentioned Miski and Thornley.

Just because he knows somethings doesn't mean he has to know everything.

I think the issue people have with him is that he repeats everything he is told, but a lot of which doesn't come off. But when he is going down to the level of enquiring about a player, of course everything isn't going to come off.

From memory, almost everything he has said is happening has come off and he is often the first person to post it.

He mentioned Miski after it broke in the press, the same with Thornley. He mentioned signing a prop last year and claimed Mago and Ellis as them, after saying it was Mulhern and then Lawler (even though he’s not a prop) 8 months back. The reason he mentions so many is that he has a good imagination IMO and is a forum version of Jay from the inbetweeners but everyone can make their own mind up. He gets people talking at least.

Wouldn't be surprised.

I'm sure there will be a lack of sympathy, but I feel for the guy. He's gone from bossing the best sporting league in the world (imo of course) to playing super duper league.

We all know the reasons why he came back, but it must be hard when you've seen those bright lights.

Marquee money but not offering the level of performance that he is capable of. Which is disappointing as he came back regarded as one of the best back rowers in the world.

Money would be better spent in other areas if he can go for a fee let him go
