We went from also-rans in 2009 to champions in 2010. I'm not saying that will happen again, but it's an example of how a coach can turn you around if he gets certain things right and so far all I have heard from Peet is about him putting those things right which they clearly haven't been for 3 years and it hasn't taken a genius to work out.
If only we had a twenty year old Sam Tomkins breaking into the team.
IF Hardaker and French stay, then it's possible that Bibby and Hardaker would be first choice centres. I'm not oversold on Thornley but let's give him a chance before hanging him out to dry.
Now now, don't go reporting on rumours. It hasn't been announced that Bibby has signed a new deal with the club...
I know I keep beating the drum on this one, but you've named 4 players there and all of them have some kinda question hanging over them.
I will keep banging the drum, if Hardaker has indeed signed for Huddersfield and we wont be getting Wardle coming this way (very doubtful) then get KPP to centre and spend some cap on a solid prop and a quality half. KPP has the strength, pace and offload to be a wingers dream. Let him develop his game a bit more before moving him back to the second row and when Faz calls it a day the spot is his. A lot depends on French too, there is no smoke without fire. If BOTH leave then..
If French wants to leave then he leaves on his terms with no pay off, Field gets a chance at FB, KPP at left centre and Thronley and Bibby fight for the other centre spot with Bibby filling in on the wing when required. french frees up a quota spot so Corey Norman in and a solid rugged prop. Easy innit

Does K P-P have pace ? Agree with the rest of your points regards his game but yet to see him in the clear so to speak, so just wondering if he is quick enough to play wider out.

I think there's an assumption that because he has an offload, he'd be able to play centre. That may be the case but no one at London, or Wigan, has put him in at centre as far as I'm aware and they see him on a day top day basis.
I don't remember people asking for Hock to be moved to centre?

Not sure I would trust the previous head coach given some of his team selections.

I've seen KPP twice in the clear so to speak and he seemed to be gassed after 20/25 yards Difficult to say as he may have done 20 hit ups and 30 tackles by that point and as a young lad his stamina etc will improve - But honestly, I think people are putting 2 & 2 because of his offload and thinking he can play centre as a longer term option ala Joel/Jack Hughes - I'm not so sure
