Catalans now being linked with Tyrone May, this poses a couple of questions, where will he, Pearce, Drinkwater and Morgue fit in? And how the hell are they going to fit these big signings under the cap?
I’d be happy to take Morgue off their hands if they can’t fit him in.

May can play 13, Morgue off bench as a 9 but guessing with Pearce and Tomkins Morgue may be playing quite a bit this season. Can't see Catalan risking either with slight knocks or any fixture congestion games close together.

It sure is.

I wish him all the best and hope that he does not have to contend at Leigh with the long term injuries, above average number of suspensions and a below normal level quality and standard of a squad that he had to endure in the last year of his contract at Wigan

Can't be that bad if he is the Assistant to Head Coach to Mel Magninga in a International team!

Perhaps like Londoner Tony Clubb and his family, they have come to like living in the Wigan area!

Or is it not having to put up with the poorer element of Wigan supporters that the club has attracted these days!

His family lives in Australia so, no I don't think it's that.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the squad he inherited he just drove down standards and made each and every player worse. Not to mention his insistence on square pegs in round holes.




How does one person get so many things wrong on as consistent a basis as you seem to do?

How do you know he did these things?
I think he had to deal with a lot of interreference from upon high during an effed up period that saw mass injuries and the covid pandemic, If he was truly 5h1te as many on here would suggest then explain LLS and coach of the season?
At worst he is an average coach, but nowhere near as bad as Hughes and Millward where for us
