Heard a whisper last night that Ryan Sutton is to return to the UK at the end of this season due to family reasons.

Wigan have first refusal on him.

Now that’s a player the vast majority would be happy to get back I’m sure. Him starting with Ellis and then Mago, Havard, Byrne etc off the bench would be impressive.

Not calling it out as BS, but Wigan definitely don't have 1st refusal. He ran his contract down and was a free agent when he left.

I'd love to have him back tho. He's one of those lads that would be an upgrade on Singleton, or I should say Singletons position as the No.1.prop.

Came from a supposed family member so I have to take it with a pinch of salt, however he was convinced he's on his way back.
Whether we are the ones to be successful in his signing remains to be seen, would expect for us to be in the mix if it happens like.

Oh we'd definitely be in the mix. I think that's a "Wigan signing" if there ever was one.

There were strong rumours that he'd signed for Canterbury at the start of the year.

Cant see it but would love him back.

He’ll be able to command a large price though with so many teams needing front rowers.

Can see Warrington adding to their collection of ex Wigan players if he does decide to come home.

Also we have no props off contract this year so there will be no room.

Would be a great upgrade on Singleton.
