Our own coach said you were the better team because we lost. Do you think he would have said you were the better team had we won?
I'm like a dog with a bone because I'm suck to the back teeth of such as yourself saying that the only thing that matters is territory as if nothing else matters. Winning the territorial battle is important but no more important than error rate, for example. You can have all the territory you want but if you drop the ball at the end of every set, you won't win!
I've said before that, for a team like ours, territory is not even the most important metric. We can..and regularly do..score from anywhere on the field. Errors and penalties are therefore FAR more important than territory. Unlike yourselves who generally need to win the territory battle to score.
At the end of the day territory is the most important metric to your team. If you keep judging who is the better team by what Saints need to do to win then, in your opinion, you'll always be better because you're judging by your standards. As I pointed out, the only metric that ultimately counts is the scoreboard and, penalty aside, you were never ahead in that until we had a man sent off. You can cry "but we had the most territory" all you want but it doesn't change that fact.
By the way, when it comes to a dog with a bone it's rich that you can't let any reference to Saints not being the super dooper best team in Superleague pass without comment. Calling the kettle black much?

Firstly I think we are the better team because we are 4 points clear at the top and have won 2 out of 3 games against you this season.
Secondly if you do actually read my posts you will see that a) I have argued against other Saints fans on Redvee not to use injuries as the be all and end all despite us suffering more with injuries and suspensions than at any time in the last 3 years, b) I have admitted on here that Wigan are the form team and would likely start favourites if the Grand Final was next week and c) I can't guarantee that our form will come back. I have admitted (again on here) that we look busted and fatigued.
So how do you infer from that I think that Saints are the "super dooper best team"? What I won't deviate from is that we are the best team at full strength. I do think that 100% and to be honest most of your fans would agree with that too (not you of course undoubtedly)
EDIT- I'm not sure either that I "bang on about territory" I just think we were the better team on the day full stop
