I respect Isa so much, he has been a fantastic signing.
I was very underwhelmed when we signed him too but my friend who was on the Widnes coaching staff at the time was adamant he would be a success and he was correct.
Absolute beast the kind of player I love, not necessarily the most naturally talented but always the hardest worker in the room and tough as old boots.
I’m in the, it’s time for him to go camp, but only because he is a quota player.
I think we will see a fair bit of him the rest of this year as we rotate the squad and I hope he goes out on a high, but we must be looking at negotiating his release given out limited options on the overseas quota spots.
We should not be carrying quota players who are not nailed on in the 17 if fit.
