I do agree but one thing I would add is that we haven’t seen him get a chance under this regime. Now, he may not have got a chance as Peet and co don’t rate him but you have to factor in the improvements of almost every player under Peet when you say he hasn’t pulled up trees in the past. I’d certainly like to have a look at him now, in a confident and happy team and it’ll then let us make a judgment. If he still struggles, well it wouldn’t look good. He need look no further than Harry Smith for inspiration as and when a chance comes.

Again another rumour on social media like the Ratchford one so take it with a pinch of salt but I have read someone saying Leutele is potentially signing with Wigan or Saints. I know he has been linked with the NRL but maybe he can’t find a club? I personally would be very happy with that signing, yeah he’s 32 which isn’t ideal but currently he is one of the best centres in the comp for me and would improve us massively.

Much prefer lads signing for Wigan who live in the area and have loyalty to the club like Sam Powell
Invaluable to the culture, adds to the great foundations being laid by Matty Peet with the fantastic support from his coaching staff and Shaun Wane & not to forget the immense financial and professional support given to the whole squad and club by Kris Radlinski and Ian Leneghan
