Which is where our youngsters will come to the fore, backing up any quality signings we make. IL and Wane will not just be looking at our next game and the table as is... They will be planning for the coming seasons too.

I think Brown is a little overrated to be honest. If we sign someone to play in the halves we need someone with an excellent kicking game. I'm not sure what Brown really offers that we don't already have in the team, except perhaps the ability to eat leaves off tall trees.

Wane obviously rates him higher than you do, Wigan are making a big play for him and I see no reason for him to turn the move down.

Whilst I like Brown he isn't the type of halfback we need. The fact that he's a Wigan supporter produced by the club means little if he doesn't fit the bill.

Both Dureau and Matty Smith are more the sort of halfback we need IMO. One is a more expensive version then the other quite obviously but Smith would be easier to convince in to a move.

Kevin brown is partnered by brough who has probably the best kicking game in the league. If we sign him to partner finch we will be worse off than we are now because he's not as good as Leuluai and he doesn't have someone like Brough to kick along side him.

As for Brown being a Wigan fan, he may have been but he certainly had some choice words about Wigan when I saw him in Leeds after we beat them in the play off semis in 2010. Let's just say the words 'hate' and 'scum' were involved, the swear filter would stop me saying the rest. His opinion may have changed now his brother in law plays for us.
