Because we need to stop relying on youngsters coming through, sick to death with this obsession Lenners has with the cheap option, the sooner Danson is in charge and Rads is stripped of his signing/re-signing powers the better

Like Brooks would be a huge upgrade but no matter who we have in the halves needs to be part of a significant overhaul in squad.
Our props, 9 and 13 need to be part of the jigsaw and it needs to be done quickly and not drip fed over a period of years. Sadly, it won’t happen and we will have to be content with being a bang average side with the potential to beat a big side for years to come. I fear there is little appetite to make the required changes.
Personally I’d throw Peet into that mix too. He reaks of the same 5 drives and kick rugby that we’ve been stuck with for years.
A new coach with new ideas and no previous involvement at the club is what we desperately need.

Quite possibly the biggest load of rubbish I've ever read on here and that's saying something. If anything he is a little bit too much open to trying to play which harms us when the completion rate is low because of it.

5 drives and kick merchants dont score the tries we scored last week.

Seconded. Nothing i have seen from Peet says to me 'one up rugby' We all know where the problem is. It in the pack but he can't fix everything in one go. We have the best backs in the league, playing behind a dominant pack they would flourish.

The over reactions to a bad spell are frightening sometimes. We went in to the season shy of at least one quality forward following the Bateman exit and in recent weeks we’ve been 5 forwards from our first 17 down as well. Matty Peet doesn’t make excuses, so he gets no leeway from the media and on top of all those forwards, he had weeks with 3 stand offs out and is now trying to figure out his best available team, while bedding returning backs in but is still missing a number of forwards.

He is a fine coach and has done a really good job so far. This mini slump will end soon enough and we’re far from down and out this season. Keep the faith and all that malarkey!
