Seem to be aggressive in the market clearing out the deadwood and getting younger more athletic players.

The only play I’m disappointed to lose on the potential outs list is Pearce-Paul.

I’m fairly relaxed about the departure of KPP.

I think his attitude has been up and down since he signed for the Knights.

To me that’s a sign of a player who lacks the mentality to be a success at Wigan long term.

I just can’t see KPP as much of a loss tbh. I still look at him and think ‘decent potential and might be a good player one day’ but I’m not sure his game has really come on the last couple of years. Maybe that is an attitude thing and he’s distracted by the move but there are facets of his game that make you wonder if he can make it in the NRL. He’s going to need to find some work rate from somewhere, show more willingness to bend his back in defence and start hitting the ball with some force to cut a career Down Under. On his performance of the last season and a half it’ll be tough going.

KPP is a poor man's Hock (from an on field viewpoint) , nothing more. The talent without any application.

Not been the same player since he secured himself a NRL contract IMO.
